Chandara tries to help his community by offering knowledge he has experienced throughout his career and giving them a place they can feel confident to work on without being worried.

A person cannot grow by being comfortable which is why we must always strive to learn something new everyday by putting ourselves out in the unknown. “Whenever you take a leap of faith, sure it might be scary, but you have to keep going and leave your comfort zone. It is okay to ask - what if’s -, but you will never answer those questions until the day you try it yourself”. To always look at the bigger picture rather than short-term accomplishments is the most important lesson. Taking small steps at a time ensures victory in the long run, as proven by Chandara himself.

If you truly want to know yourself, trust and listen to your voice within. Take your time to understand it, as it knows you better than anything. The idea to conform to our environment create within ourselves multiple voices that bury our true identity. The search for our true voice is an internal adventure that must be done alone. The only compass we have is ourself. We just need to listen to it and find time to understand it and more importantly learn to trust it.
